We can't wait to celebrate with you in one of the most beautiful places we know! Due to the natural beauty of the region, it has become an extremely popular vacation destination. If you know you are able to attend we recommend securing your lodging asap.
On our wedding day we will be providing shuttle services to our and from our venue, details to come closer to our wedding date.
VRBOs & AirBnbs
There are many VRBOs (www.vrbo.com) and Airbnbs (airbnb.com) in the area. However, note this is the high season and properties book up early! We recommend looking for lodging in the Maple City, Glen Arbor, and Cedar area.
The Mill Glen Arbor
The Mill Glen Arbor, a contemporary take on a Northern Michigan landmark. The Mill Glen Arbor serves as a riverside cafe, restaurant, and guest house. Situated in the heart of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Glen Arbor, you will find ample outdoor activities nearby, as well as lovely food and drink destinations.
The Sylvan Inn
Located on the west side of Glen Arbor, just steps from shopping and dining! Also very near some of the most beautiful beaches and the Sleeping Bear Dunes.
The M22 Inn
Nestled in the tall pines in the center of Glen Arbor and the Leelanau Peninsula, comfortable, cute and convenient accommodations. Very near our venue and just steps to the beach, galleries, restaurants and boutique shops in town.
Glen Arbor Bed & Breakfast & Condos
Glen Arbor Bed and Breakfast & Luxury Condo rentals are located near the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and just steps from the beaches of Lake Michigan. Our historic bed and breakfast rooms have been renovated to include beautiful new bathrooms and other high-end locally inspired amenities. There are also 3 completely renovated luxury condos that are located on the same property as the bed and breakfast.
Ground Transportation
Ridesharing apps like Uber and Lyft are not readily available in Northern Michigan. We highly recommend renting a car or pre-booking a taxi service from the airport if you are flying. If you are renting car, make sure you book this well in advance to make sure you get a car.
Cherry Capital Airport (TVC)
If you are flying in to Michigan, we would recommend flying in to Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) in Traverse City, Michigan. With flights through Delta, American Airlines, Allegiant, United Airlines, and more, it is the closest airport to our venue that supports most major airlines. It is about a 40 minute drive from Traverse City to our venue.
Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW)
Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) is a great option for those flying internationally! It is about a 4.5 hour drive to our venue. We recommend renting a car.

Will the ceremony be outside?
YES! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CEREMONY AND COCKTAIL HOUR/RECEPTION WILL TAKE PLACE ON GRASS, SO CHOOSE YOUR FOOTWEAR ACCORDINGLY!
What will the weather be like?
IN EARLY JUNE THE AVERAGE HIGH IS AROUND 75°F, WITH AN AVERAGE LOW OF 52°F. THINK WARM SUNNY DAYS, AND COOL NIGHTS. WE RECOMMEND BRINGING LAYERS.
What is the dress code?
BLACK TIE OPTIONAL, GARDEN PARTY BLACK TIE. THINK PASTELS, FLORAL PRINT MIDI/MAXI DRESSES OR GOWN FOR WOMEN, AND SUITS WITH TIE FOR MEN. COLOR AND FUN PRINTS RECOMMENDED!
Are children allowed at the ceremony?
ALTHOUGH WE LOVE YOUR LITTLE ONES, THIS IS AN ADULT ONLY EVENT. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!
May I bring a date?
IF YOUR INVITATION SAYS "AND GUEST" OR A DATE IS NAMED, THEN YES. IF NOT, WE UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT ACCOMMODATE A PLUS ONE.
Will there be parking available?
THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF PARKING AVAILABLE AS WELL AS VALET.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
PRE-CEREMONY BAR OPENS AT 4:30 - PLEASE ARRIVE AROUND THEN TO GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO GRAB A DRINK AND SETTLE IN!
Is there going to be transportation to or from the farm?
YES, WE WILL BE PROVIDING SHUTTLES. DETAILS TO COME.
Will there be vegetarian options?
YES! WE WILL HAVE A VARIETY OF OPTIONS TO MEET EVERYONES DIETARY NEEDS AND YOU CAN SPECIFY IN THE RSVP FORM BELOW.

RIDESHARING IS NOT READILY AVAILABLE IN NORTHERN MICHIGAN. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING A CAR OR PRE-BOOKING A TAXI SERVICE FROM THE AIRPORT IF YOU ARE FLYING.
